So excited!!! and yeah, there are just people that sit around to poke holes in useless paperwork all day, good to see the future hasn’t changed. Yay for space piracy!

I have to wonder how an AI would get punished for breaking the law? I can’t imagine an AI going to prison or being easy to contain, and turning off their servers would be more like stasis than serving time.

I’ve seen a Sci-Fi setting where one potential punishment was being fined a portion of your processing equipment. But I suppose something like community service would also be an option. “I sentence you to 2 years of spam patrol!”

From Gillie’s open mouth on a previous page, I thought she might laugh out loud at some point, and sure enough! I do wonder why Bip is so brazen about the pirate thing, but I guess they don’t like the odds of conning everyone on Ixion.
